BYRDE.—On July 11th, at Kandy. Ceylon, of heart failure. Colonel Henry Byrde, C.S.I., V.D.. and late Captain 67th Regiment, eldest son of the late Colonel H. C. Byrde, of Goytrey House, Monmouthshire.
