Know All Men by these presents that we, William William of the parish of Goytre in the county of Monmouth, yeoman James Rogers of the parish of Lanelly in the county of Brecon, yeoman and William John of the city of Landaff yeoman, are upheld and firmly bound unto the right reverend father in God Richard by divine permission Lord Bishop of Landaff, in eighty pounds of good and lawful money of Great Britian to be paid unto the said Lord Bishop or to his certain attorney his executors, administrators or assigns to which payment well and truly to be made .
