Francis Morgan – Goytrey 

 In the name of God Amen. I Francis Morgan of the parish of Goytrey in the county of Monmouth carpenter being weak in body but of sound and disposing mind memory and understanding praised be to God for the same do make this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following:

I give and bequeath unto my granddaughter Mary Harris seven Pounds.

I give and bequeath to my granddaughter Margaret Morgan seven pounds and the dresser and shelves.

I give unto my granddaughter Ann Prosser the writing desk.

All the rest and residue of my goods chattels and effects of what nature or kindsoever or wheresoever the same may be at the time of my death I give and bequeath unto my loving son in law John Prosser and granddaughter Ann Prosser.

And I do nominate and appoint the said John Prosser sole executor of this my last will and testament herby revoking and making void all other will or wills made by me at any time hereto before made rectifying and confirming this to be my last will and testament.

In witness whereof I the said Francis Morgan have hereunto set my hand and seal this 12th day of April in the year of our Lord 1836
