Upon motion made this day made unto the court by Mr Campbell of counsel for the plaintiff.
It is ordered that the report made in this counsel by Mr Newton one of the masters of the court dated the 18th day of November instant whereby the said plaintiff was allowed to purchase the premises comprised in two lots, nos. 1 & 2 part of the estate in question in this cause at the respective sums of £1000 plus £200 making it £1200.
And all the matters and things therein contained do stand certified and confirmed the order I decree of this court be observed and performed by all parties thereto accordingly to the lessor and time necessary thereof unless the defendants having notice hereof shall, within seven days after such notice then unto this court good cause to the contrary.

Waddington v Mais – copy order of assigns 1834
Chancellor – Thursday the seventh day of August one thousand eight hundred and thirty four.
Lucy Bird, Elizabeth Bird, Walter Mariott, Dorothy Charlotte Bird and Mathew Togood be at liberty to pay the sum of one thousand and two hundred pounds being the amount of the purchase money for both lots 1 & 2 the premises in question in the cause and the sum of six hundred and ninety seven pounds and seven shillings and four pence being the purchase money for the timber on the said premises and interest theron at the rate of four per cent per annum from the twenty fifth day of December 1833 to the time of payment of the amount of such to be verified by affidavit to Alex Waddington in the pl. discharge of the mortgage debt and proceedings mentioned and thereupon let, said Lucy Bird, Elizabeth Bird, Walter Mariott, Dorothy Charlotte Bird and Mathew Togood.
