To the 3rd Interry he saith that he knows nothing enquired of by the 3rd
Interry.
To the 4th Interry that he doesn’t know Sam.l Braybrook, that he knows Geo. Bird and in pleading in this cause mentioned since his infancy that he believes that the said Geo. Bird who is this debtors brother resides in the island of Ceylon in consequences of having rec.d a letter from him about a fortnight since dated from that place and that the said Geo. Bird has resided there for the space of 8 years.
To the last Interry he saith that he knows nothing enquired of said Interry.
